Anca Voinov, M.D., of Casper, Wyoming, is honored by the International Association of Who’s Who as one of America’s Most Influential Doctor’s for her achievements within the field of Medicine.

CASPER, WY, January 23, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ — Dr. Voinov grew up in Romania until the age of 10, after which she emigrated to Canada with her family, escaping the communist regime enforcing in the country. However, Dr. Voinov would return to Romania in later years to complete her medical studies.

Displaying an extensive medical background, Dr. Voinov studied at Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy located in Bucharest, Romania, where she attained her medical degree in 1990. Following on from this achievement, Dr. Voinov moved to the United States where she had the opportunity to complete her internship in 2007 and her fellowship in 2009 within the family practice McLaren Regional Medical Center based in Flint, Michigan.

As an expert in her field, Dr. Voinov has accumulated over 12 years’ experience as a family practitioner. In her current capacity, she has fulfilled her role at Sage primary care for over 9 years. The role of family physician enables a full range of healthcare services which Dr. Voinov found appealing when choosing her career, providing the opportunity to treat a wide span of age groups and create deeper relationships with her patients.

She was also privileged to receive a Family Practitioner Award in 2014 and a Top Doc Award in 2019.

In recognition of her ongoing achievements, Dr. Voinov attributes her success to the ability to form relationships with patients and the chance she has to help them create a more positive lifestyle, firmly believing in education and prevention. She also acknowledges her husband, Doru Adrian Voinov, M.D., alongside their 3 children Cristiana, Antonela and Marina.

In her time outside of work, Dr. Voinov is a great fitness advocate, enjoys riding horses, has a keen interest in music and dedicates time to her family.
