DELAND, FL, September 14, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ — We are pleased to announce the expansion of our in-house machine shop at Duraline with the addition of a new Eurotech Ultima B620 51-SLY multi-axis CNC machine at our DeLand, Florida manufacturing facility. The new equipment replaces an older machining system with limited automation and bar-length capacity, and we expect the upgrade to help increase productivity in our single-pole connector production by up to 40%.
The Eurotech Ultima gives our machine shop significantly greater automation and the ability to process longer brass bar stock. The system incorporates main and sub-spindles, live tooling, a 15-station turret, bar-feeder capabilities, tool monitoring, and automated part evacuation—all of which allow for more continuous and efficient production.
For us, this investment is about more than simply replacing an older machine. Precision-machined brass components are an important part of many of our single-pole connector products, and increasing our ability to manufacture these components efficiently helps strengthen the entire production process.

We continue to perform machining, molding, soldering, crimping, assembly, and other manufacturing operations at our DeLand, Florida facility. Investments like the Eurotech Ultima help us modernize those capabilities while preparing our operation to support future production requirements and growing customer demand.
