ResProp assumed management of DevCo’s eight multifamily communities across Texas, expanding its statewide presence with new communities in the Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio metropolitan areas.
All eight communities provide affordable housing opportunities for eligible applicants and represent an important addition to ResProp’s growing affordable housing management platform.
The newly transitioned portfolio includes:
