As COVID-19 pandemic restrictions loosen across the country, Respage is introducing an amenity scheduler for Multifamily residents.
The Respage Resident Amenity Scheduler is a reservation tool that equips communities to follow and enforce social distancing guidelines in their shared community spaces, such as the fitness center, pool, and business lounge.
Residents can access the Amenity Scheduler to book a reservation in 4 different ways: the Respage Chatbot, the property website, a QR code posted at amenity entrances, or a URL link posted/emailed to residents. Once the scheduler is accessed, they can reserve an amenity for any available time slot and receive scheduled reservation notifications.
“Our goal with the Respage Amenity Scheduler is two-fold,” says Respage CEO Jackie Koehler. “With a tool to assist with social distancing, we are giving residents the ability to use their community amenities, and we are also helping property management save time when safely reopening their amenities.”
Office staff can control specific amenity settings, and the number of amenities that can be set up for reservations is unlimited. Residency can be validated instantly by last name and unit number. Office staff can display confirmed reservations in each shared space, print them for records, and manage resident usage in a number of different ways.
