MENTOR, OH, November 04, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ — CrossFit Mentality has moved to a larger location in Mentor, Ohio. The move took place over the summer, giving the gym more room for training and allowing it to expand its offerings.
CrossFit Mentality is now an official HYROX gym. HYROX combines running with functional movement stations, giving members a new hybrid endurance training option alongside the gym’s existing CrossFit programming. We’re also featuring a Legends class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2:30 PM (for our 55+ crowd), which is designed to help our older members become stronger, healthier, and more independent.
The new facility includes an expanded Recovery Room as well, with a sauna and cold plunge, so members can recover on-site after training.
CrossFit Mentality is a CrossFit gym and official HYROX gym in Mentor, Ohio, owned by ten-time CrossFit Games athlete Scott Panchik. The gym serves members in Mentor and the surrounding area.
